Balenciaga Small Hourglass Beige

At Shop Luxe, authenticity isn't a promise we make lightly - it's built into everything we do.

Before any item reaches our shelves, it passes through three layers of verification. First, our in-house luxury specialists inspect it by hand, checking construction, materials, hardware, and brand markings against what we know each house produces. Next, we scan it with Entrupy, an AI authentication system that photographs the item at a microscopic level and matches those images against an extensive database of verified genuine pieces. Finally, we send it to LegitGrails, where independent brand experts complete their own review and issue a certificate of authenticity.

Technology catches what people miss, and people catch what technology misses. Using both is how we make sure nothing gets past us.

If an item you buy from us is ever proven not to be genuine, we'll refund you in full. Read more about our Authenticity Promise here.
