Yes, we offer a stand-alone authentication service. We are proudly partnered with Legit Grails, a state of the art luxury authentication solution which uses artificial intelligence and microscopic computer vision to inspect the product and verify authenticity. The authenticity of all items purchased at Shopluxe is guaranteed. 

Alternatively, we also liaise with reputable third-party authentication services to verify the authenticity of all our items. 

We charge a $100 authentication fee if you are NOT consigning with us. We charge a $35 authentication fee via Legit Grails if you are selling your authenticated item with us (not including Hermes). This will be deduced from the final payout fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to void your authentication fee as we solely rely on a Certificate of Authenticity to successfully consign with Shopluxe. This is to avoid counterfeit items.

Shopluxe guarantees the authenticity of all items consigned and sold with us. If you submit and consign an item with us that is deemed to be counterfeit upon authentication, we will charge a $200 release fee which must be paid prior to the release of your item. The fee is to cover the return postage fee and the time spent preparing and authenticating your item. If the fee is not paid within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.

Every piece is wrapped carefully and sent in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Dust bags and boxes are included where the item came with them.

Because all orders need a signature, the carrier will leave a card and take your parcel to a nearby collection point. You can also redirect it or request a safe drop through the carrier's website, though a safe drop means the item is no longer covered by our insurance.

Every order is sent fully insured for its purchase price and requires a signature on delivery. If something goes wrong in transit, you're covered.
