Shopluxe Consignment

Consigning with Shopluxe is quick and easy! Simply create a seller account (or log into your existing one), then submit your consignment request by uploading your item details and clear photos.

Our team will carefully review your submission to ensure it meets our quality standards. You’ll be notified of the status via email once your items have been assessed.

If approved, you can either drop off your items at our Sydney location or ship them to us — perfect for our interstate clients.

Our consignment fee is 20%.

Yes, we also charge a $35 Authentication fee which is deducted from the sale price. (Hermes authentication fee is $200 AUD regardless of receipts provided). Please note, if your item is deemed counterfeit, a $200 fee will be charged.

We accept most major luxury brands, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Bottega Veneta and Saint Laurent. If you're not sure whether your piece is a fit, see our full list of luxury brands here.

No, they're not required but if you have them, send them with your item(s).

Every item is authenticated by Legit Grails once it reaches us, before it goes live on the site. Buyers receive the authentication certificate with eligible purchases, which gives them confidence and helps your item sell.

Not at all. You can drop off at our local Sydney location, or post your items to us from anywhere in Australia. The seller is responsible for the inbound postage.

No stress. After 60 days, we'll get in touch to talk through your options: adjust the price, keep it listed a little longer, or have it returned to you.

If at any time prior to the termination of the 60-day consignment period, the Seller shall pay a release fee of $100 AUD to Shop Luxe to release the consigned goods. Failure to pay the release fee will result in Shop Luxe retaining the consigned goods. The release fee is non-refundable and shall be paid via the method specified by Shop Luxe.

Yes. Just get in touch and we'll talk through what the market's doing and agree on a new price together.

Once your item sells, the order moves to fulfilment. When it's fulfilled, your consignment closes as a sale and your payout is on its way. We'll transfer it to your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours of receiving the funds.

You may purchase an item via our website or alternatively you may wish to direct message us via Instagram. We accept various methods of payment. Mastercard, Visa, Amex (fees apply) & Bank Transfer. Please note, we do not accept cash payments.

Yes! We allow all our buyers with the option to pay off their items slowly.

We offer two convenient ways to pay:

- Split your purchase into four interest-free payments over four weeks via Paypal Pay in 4. Your first payment is due at checkout, and the remaining three are automatically deducted every two weeks. This option allows you to receive your items immediately. Available for eligible purchases.

-If you need more than four weeks to complete your payment, we offer a manual payment plan. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your item, with the remaining balance payable over an agreed period. Items will be delivered once full payment is received. To set up a manual plan, contact us via Instagram DM (@shopluxeitems) or email info@shopluxe.com.au with the item details.

Yes, local pickup is free. Choose it at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a time.

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.

Yes, 100%. Every item is authenticated by Legit Grails before it's listed, and eligible purchases come with an authentication certificate. If it's on our site, it's the real thing.
