Shipping

Items are processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed (this does not include weekends and public holidays). This applies to items purchased outright. This does not apply to items purchased on payment plans/laybuy. 

Domestic shipping is processed via Australia Post with signature required (if an option for your location). If you prefer an alternative courier service, please contact our team to arrange this. Further charges may be applied. 

International items are sent either via DHL, EMS or FedEx depending on the item/destination. 

1.1 Shipping costs

Shipping costs for a buyer: When completing an order, the amount paid by the buyer includes the product price, GST and shipping. 

• Within Australia, the shipping costs per product is a flat rate of $30.00 AUD. This includes the cost of insurance and signature on delivery. If multiple items are purchased, charges may apply depending on weight and dimensions of parcel. 
  
  
• For all international shipping, the shipping costs are calculated based on the products dimensions and weight based on DHL shipping rates. This is calculated upon checkout.
